Mr. Alexander has been administering trust for almost 10 years. In addition to trust administration Tad has ample experience in real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, residential and commercial rental management, agricultural land management. Along the way Tad picked up his series 6 and 63 SEC security exchange licenses (not active). During his 25-year career Tad has been responsible for maintaining, managing and growing multiple million-dollar budgets. His experiences allow him to take a look at the big picture while still being able to make decisions at the family level.
Tad holds a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Chico with an emphasis on Management Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and a minor in Business Administration. He also attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Center for Social Innovation studying Non-Profit Management.
Tad is passionate about people and doing what he can to help others with the skills he has been given.
Mrs. Patterson began her career as a manager at a regional public accounting firm where she specialized in accounting, tax and consulting services for small family-owned and agriculture-based businesses, as well as audits of special districts. She has continued to serve tax and accounting clients throughout additional careers in public school finance and as the Executive Director of a special district. Christy has also served as president of two joint powers authorities during her time with public agencies.
Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, with emphasis accounting and finance, from California State University, Chico. She has been licensed as a certified public accountant since 1993.
She has also been a presenter at the California Association of Joint Powers Authorities annual conference. Christy has given back to her community as a board member for Durham Wrestling Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters; 4-H, Cub Scout and Boy Scout Troop leader; soccer coach; and chair of Durham Sports Boosters' Almond Blossom Run.
